Here at Hot Flash Muse, we live by these words because they say it all: we don’t always feel like our best selves, but we keep showing up. We swipe on the lipstick, curl the lashes, and smile through the sweat. Because midlife isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence (and maybe a little Pinot).

Yes, we exercise… but the belly still shows up like an uninvited houseguest.

Yes, we feel the heat… but we’ve learned we can handle it.

We’re two creative, curious, business-driven women building Hot Flash Muse from our own experience. Like so many women, we realized that menopause isn't just about hot flashes or hormones. It's about identity, confidence, relationships, sleep, work, and navigating a chapter nobody really prepares you for.

We created Hot Flash Muse because we wanted women to feel what we wished more of us felt: Seen. Understood. A little less alone.

We believe menopause deserves more than symptom lists and whispered conversations. It deserves honesty, humor, beautiful things, and a culture that talks about it openly.

That's why we're here.

We also believe real change happens beyond the products we make.

As Hot Flash Muse grows, we're committed to giving back to organizations working to improve menopause awareness, education, advocacy, research, and access to better care. We dedicate 5% of every purchase to nonprofits and initiatives helping move the conversation forward for women everywhere.
