Here at Hot Flash Muse, we live by these words because they say it all: we don’t always feel like our best selves, but we keep showing up. We swipe on the lipstick, curl the lashes, and smile through the sweat. Because midlife isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence (and maybe a little Pinot?).

Yes, we exercise… but the belly still shows up like an uninvited houseguest.
Yes, we “eat clean”… but also clean the fridge when there’s cake inside.
Yes, we feel the heat… but we’ve learned we can handle it.

We’re two creative, curious, business-driven women with a renewed sense of self, building this shop with love and laughter. Because honestly? Life is complicated, and we’d rather laugh at it than cry over kale chips.

We also care about our planet and our community, and we bring that same intention to how we run our business. Every product you see here is printed on demand, which means nothing is made until you place your order. It’s our way of reducing waste and overproduction, while making sure you get a freshly made, high-quality piece that reflects the care you deserve.

Production usually takes from 3 business days—then it’s out the door and on its way to you. Fast, thoughtful, and easier on the planet… we like that combo.

We’re embracing all that this new chapter (and new technology) throws at us. We’re learning, creating, and yes, even using AI (because sometimes you need more than one muse). And soon, we’ll be collaborating with illustrators to bring even more magic to life.
