Midlife is unpredictable — but your order shouldn’t be.
We want you to feel great about what you ordered. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit if something isn’t quite right — whether the fit’s off or the item arrived damaged. We’re here to make sure you end up with something you truly love.
📬 How to Start an Exchange or Request Store Credit
To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Requested within 14 days of delivery
To initiate the exchange process, please email us at info@hotflashmuse.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
If your request is approved, we’ll send you the next steps — including the return address for sending your item back.
📦 Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide return shipping labels.
📦 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange.
✅ What’s Eligible — And What’s Not
Most items can be exchanged or credited if they meet the conditions above.
However, the following are non-exchangeable:

Perishable goods

Intimate or sanitary items

Personalized or custom-made items

Items were shipped to the incorrect address due to customer error
If the item you’d like to exchange is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or help you select an item of equal value.
💳 Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date they’re issued.
💔 Damaged or Defective Orders
If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right — at no extra cost.
Please contact us at info@hotflashmuse.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

🚚 Shipping Details & Sizing Tips
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Not sure about sizing? Please review the sizes of all items and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before placing your order. We’re happy to help guide you.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.
While we’re not responsible for packages lost due to address errors, if the issue is with the carrier, we’ll do our best to help resolve it.
🔁 A Quick Note on Fair Use
We handle all exchange requests with care and flexibility.
However, to keep things fair for everyone, we may limit or decline requests if we notice unusual or repeated exchange patterns.
In rare cases involving high-value items or multiple exchanges, a small restocking or handling fee may apply, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
